By submitting employee conflict report form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Accuracy of Information

You certify that all information provided in this form is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in disciplinary action.

2. Confidentiality

Inter Ethiopia Solutions PLC will handle all conflict reports with the utmost confidentiality. Information provided in this form will only be shared with individuals directly involved in the conflict resolution process.

3. Investigation Process

You acknowledge that the HR department will conduct a thorough investigation of the reported conflict. This may include interviews with involved parties and witnesses, and a review of relevant documents and communications.

4. Non-Retaliation

Inter Ethiopia Solutions PLC strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports a conflict in good faith or participates in the conflict resolution process. If you believe you are experiencing retaliation, please report it immediately to the HR department.

5. Resolution

The goal of the conflict resolution process is to address and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner. You agree to cooperate fully with the investigation and any resolution meetings or discussions.
