A Message From Our Founder

When I founded Inter Ethiopia Solution PLC, I saw two challenges growing rapidly across Ethiopia and Africa.

The first was the increasing volume of electronic waste generated by rapid technological growth. The second was the continued lack of affordable and reliable energy for millions of households and businesses.

At first glance, these appeared to be separate problems.

However, I believed they could be solved together. Every year, thousands of solar products, batteries, computers, and electronic devices are discarded despite containing valuable components and materials that can still be used. At the same time, many communities continue to face energy shortages and limited economic opportunities. Inter Ethiopia Solution PLC was created to bridge this gap.

Our goal is to recover value, extend product life, create jobs, improve access to energy, and contribute to a more sustainable future. Over the years, we have developed innovative approaches to solar refurbishment, battery repurposing, e-waste management, and circular economy solutions. What started as a small vision has evolved into a nationally recognized company working with international development organizations, embassies, private sector partners, and local communities. As we continue to grow, our commitment remains unchanged: transforming waste into opportunity while creating lasting impact for people and the planet.
